Monthly fees are based on pet species and weight, as listed below, plus a one-time sign-up fee of $50. The plans are a 12-month contract that will auto renew unless canceled upon renewal.

*Small Dog Plan $70/month (up to 25lbs as an adult)
*Medium Dog Plan $72/month (25.1-50lbs as an adult)
*Large Dog Plan $74/month (50.1-100lbs as an adult)
*Extra Large Dog Plan $105/month (100.1-125lbs as an adult)
*Giant Dog Plan $107/month (over 125.1lbs as an adult)

Comprehensive Wellness Bloodwork
At the time of your wellness visit you can upgrade to a complete bloodwork panel to ensure even greater prevention and protection. Full wellness bloodwork is recommended for the early detection and treatment of medical conditions. We have different panels tailored to your pet’s age.

Payment Details and Payment Collection Schedule
Please choose your draft date for your reoccurring payments to be taken, and add your payment account details. If you have an ACH (checking/savings) account, we will attempt this account first, and will use any additional credit or debit card as a backup payment option.
